The shipping of your order will be done according to our stock availability and your shipping address. It can be shipped from Bali or from France, and the above shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary by location, sanitary situation (COVID) and respective international customs.
We update your order step by step, till you have your package and are ready to dress in colors. Unfulfilled – Your order is being prepared by our team.
Fulfilled Tracking “Confirmed” – Your package is heading to the shipping company.
Fulfilled Tracking “In Transit” – Your package is in transit and heading your way!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your tracking details, please check your Spam folder or email us at brescia@bresciabercane.com.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses. Please use a residential or business address at checkout.
WILL I BE CHARGED IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES?
We operate with stock located in France and Bali. Depending on where the customer is based and the availability of the product, custom taxes may apply. All items are shipped on a DDU basis (delivery duty unpaid), meaning import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
For international orders, please note that they may be subject to local customs taxes at the final destination. Please be aware that payment of any duties and taxes may be necessary before your order is released from customs upon arrival. This responsibility does not lie with Brescia Bercane and will not be refunded in the form of an exchange, refund, or store credit.
