WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We believe in designing and handcrafting the highest quality items and providing a quality service to match. We do not offer exchanges, but we do offer returns and full refund on items not worn within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all sales items are final sale and will not be accepted for return or refund. All returns can be sent to our French or Balinese returns address provided upon request.
If you wish to do return to our online store it will be accepted only if these conditions are met:
- Products should be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags
- Invoice/receipt is included in the package or sent by email
- The garment is faulty
- Swimwear must only be tried on over your own lingerie garments.
We do not offer exchanges for reason of logistic. We suggest you to return your product and order your new product instead.
We understand that purchasing online can sometimes be challenging. Please check our size guide carefully before making a purchase or contact our customer service at email@example.com if you need any assistance. We would like to inform you that our size guide serves as a guideline and measurements can slightly differ due to cut, design or fabrication.
I BELIEVE MY ITEM MAY BE FAULTY - WHAT DO I DO?
We have a dedicated in-house quality control team that checks every order before packing. In the rare case we have missed something and you've received a faulty item , please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and a photo of your item.
