CINTA SARONG WOMEN
Our sarong is much more than a simple accessory, it's a truly wearable work of art that transports you to a mystical elsewhere.
Illustration Story
Originally hand-drawn with Japanese pencils, Cinta tells tales of the unconditional love between a mother and daughter, and the relationships between women in a Balinese village. During a ceremony dedicated to the gods, five women take care of each other, adorned with colorful sarongs and white, yellow, blue and red flowers in their hair. These flowers are the ones found in Canang Sari, the Balinese offerings. This print transports you into their daily lives of peace, color and kindness.

A note from the artist
Through this drawing, I wanted to celebrate the unconditional love that unites a mother and her daughter, as well as the solidarity and tenderness that prevail in relationships between Balinese women. The bright colors and floral motifs represent the beauty and richness of their culture, while the flowers in their hair symbolize sacred offerings, marks of respect to the gods.
