ROSIE SARONG
Our sarong is a wearable piece of art that can be used as a beach sarong, a dress or a large scarf. For decoration purpose, it becomes a framed wall art, a wall tapestry over a bed, a tablecloth or even a bedspread.
Illustration Story
Her name is Rosie.
They say she smells like fire and flowers. At dawn, she ties her handwoven rebozo, the shawl that has wrapped generations of women before her. Its fabric is a blazing garden of roses and geraniums, delicately painted in deep shades of red and crimson, like a second skin. Her braided headdress, ruby red, coils with the grace of a scorpion poised to strike.
She was born at the crossroads of two worlds: the Mexico of her ancestors and the mysteries of Egypt, which she wears as turquoise earrings, talismans of ancient power.
